JustinandClaude Opus 5.5 2afab7ec51 Remove dead domains and two breaking entries 
Drop 19 domains that now return NXDOMAIN, redirector.googlevideo.com
(breaks YouTube playback), and privacyportal.onetrust.com (privacy
opt-out request portal, not a tracker).

JustinandClaude Opus 5.5 2459a2d2ce Clean up blacklist and remove false positives 
Dedupe entries, strip trailing whitespace, fix adfox.yandex.ru typo,
drop /etc/hosts boilerplate, group domains by category, remove
keyword-matched false positives, and add sb.scorecardresearch.com
and cdn.cookielaw.org.
